Good Afternoon RiTechA Parents, School Site Council Members needed! We would like to invite parents to consider applying for membership on the School Site Council. The school site council will be composed of the principal, teachers, one other staff member and four parents. Parents of the school must select the parent school site council members. He took some time to be interviewed by one of our Raptor Roar Contributors, Reed Goodwin, and shared some of the movies he has worked on too. It was an amazing experience for our students to have.

Date: February 2, 2016 Subject: Official Message from the State Superintendent of Public Instruction In April 2012, two organizations, the Morgan Hill Concerned Parents Association and the Concerned Parent Association (the plaintiffs), filed a lawsuit against the California Department of Education (CDE) alleging widespread, systemic non-compliance by local educational agencies with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Section 504. The suit also alleges that the CDE fails to monitor, investigate, and correct such non-compliance in accordance with the law. The CDE denies these allegations and is actively defending the litigation. As part of the litigation discovery process, the plaintiffs have requested numerous documents as well as student data collected and stored by the CDE. Many of the requested documents and data stored in the CDE databases contain personally identifiable information (PII) of children, including children with disabilities, children who requested an assessment or who were assessed for special education ...

Some of the students had the opportunity to participate in an interactive agriculture experience this past week. They got to touch soil, plant their own sunflower to bring home, and learn about soil and seeds. The instruction was delivered by an expert in the field and had interactive technology that allowed to the children to explore on their own. The students were extremely well mannered and we were so proud of each of them. This experience is provided by Agrium and they travel all over Northern America. We were happy to see them since they are only in our area about every two years. We hope the children came home to tell you all about it. Make sure you keep us updated on how their SUNFLOWERS are growing. Here are some photos we took ...
